CLASSIC BIBLE STUDY WITH DR. ALDEN GANNETT ~ WEEK OF JULY 25, 2010
 The devil is on a rampage these days and it seems to be getting worse rather than better. And he is working within the Church as well. Christians are failing morally, are apathetic in their commitment to Jesus Christ and ineffective with their personal witness. Could it be that satan senses the soon return of Christ and is working over time to hamper and hinder?
What is our defense against such a spiritual war? Indeed, there is help. We must be strengthened in the Lord – in union with Him and in the power of His might. We have been provided the WHOLE armor of God so we can stand against the wiles of the devil. What is that armor and how do we put it on? Only then can we stand against the deceit, lies and trickery.
Only then can we successfully wrestle against the spiritual rulers of darkness and the wickedness in heavenly places. The WHOLE armor of God will allow us to resist and stand! Three of the pieces of armor are defensive and three pieces are offensive.
